Marjorie "Marge" Hamman, 86, of Defiance, passed away on  Wednesday, July 15, 2015 at Brookview Healthcare Center in Defiance, Ohio. She was born on April 13, 1929 to Jack and Nellie (Smith) Justice in Yukon, West Virginia. On April 13, 1954 she married Floyd A. Hamman, who preceded her in death in 1997. Marjorie worked as a Inspector for General Motors, retiring after 27 years of service. Marge collected dolls, was an avid reader, loved to crochet and shop at Good Will, and enjoyed spending time with her grandkids and great-grandkids. Marjorie is survived by her sons, Floyd (Linda) Hamman of Defiance, Steve (Leota) Anderson of Ohio City, Ohio, Terry (Shirlene) Bowser of McComb, Ohio, daughter, Sue Ellen Scott of Warren, Indiana, 8 Grandchildren, and 5 Great-Grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, daughter, Evelyn Babcock, sons, Alvin Hamman and Fred Hamman, granddaughters, Christina Hamman and April Nicole Anderson, great-granddaughter, Jazmin LaJoy Hamman, and Beloved Cats Mick & Angel. Visitation will be held from 2:00 to 8:00 pm on Sunday, July 19, 2015 at Schaffer Funeral Home, Defiance. Funeral services will be held at the funeral home at 1:30 pm on Monday, July 20, 2015.
