Marilyn Arleen Shaneyfelt, 84, of Defiance and formerly of Napoleon, passed away at home on Friday March 27, 2015.

She was born in McClure, Ohio on November 6, 1930 to Clifford and Neva May (Weaver) Hines.  On November 13, 1961 she married Willis George Shaneyfelt and he preceded her in death on August 9, 1983.  Marilyn was a homemaker and a beautician.

She is survived by two sons Michael (Jodi) Shaneyfelt of Napoleon and Jody Shaneyfelt of Defiance; four grandchildren Kelli Shaneyfelt of Napoleon, Chelsea Shaneyfelt of Ft. Wayne, IN, Kylie Shaneyfelt of Napoleon, Jeremy (Tanya) Rohrs of Greensboro, NC; and two great grandchildren Maddox and Hollis Rohrs.

Marilyn was preceded in death by her parents and her husband.

There will be no visitation or service.  Burial will take place at Hockman Cemetery in McClure.
