Marie B. Rahmel Marie B. Rahmel, 93, of Defiance, passed away Tuesday, February 23rd, 2010 at her home. She was born in Defiance, Ohio on March 18, 1916, she was the daughter of the late George and Elizabeth (Wagner) Steffel. She was a member of St. John Catholic Church. Marie married William L. Rahmel April 10, 1048 and he died Jan. 25, 1981. She had worked at Zellers and the All Star Co. She graduated from Jewell High School. Surviving are nieces and nephews and a sister in law Grace Steffel. Preceded in death by 2 brothers Louis and Richard Steffel and her husband William. Graveside services were held 10:00 A:M Thursday, March 11, 2010 at St. Michael's Cemetery. Officiating was Father Robert Kill. Burial was in the church cemetery.
