Margaret Orta Margaret Mary Orta, 46, of Defiance, passed away Monday, April 26th, 2010 at Mercy Hospital of Defiance. She was born in Hamilton, Ohio on October 8, 1963, she was the daughter of Jack and Sandra (Packer) Wurster of Defiance. On July 13, 2007 she married John Orta who survives. She worked as a state tested nursing assistant at the Golden Living Center Northcrest Nursing Home in Napoleon. Surviving is her husband John, her parents, Daughters: Jessica Balser of Defiance, Jackee (Blake) Tijerina of Defiance, Jennifer Orta of Sandusky. Sons Justin Balser of Archbold, Jon Balser of Stryker, Dalton Miler of Defiance, John Orta Jr. of Toledo, Rudy Orta of Toledo. Sisters: Geraldine Dodson of Defiance, Donna Thomas of Kentucky, Angie Hibbard of Hamilton, Karen Chesnut of Hamilton, Barbara Stephens of Hamilton, Verna Stephens of Mississippi. Brothers: Matt Wurster of Defiance, Brent Wurster of Columbus, Todd Wurster of Toledo, Steve Wurster of Defiance, Doug Stephens of Ohio, Kevin Chestnut of Hamilton, Robbie Evans of Ohio, John Evans of Michigan. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren. Preceded in death by her birth mother Alma Chesnut. Services at Lawson-Roessner Funeral Home at 11:00 A:M on Thursday, April 29th. Officiating will be Rev.
