Manfred E. Loew Manfred E. Loew, 72, of Defiance, passed away Thursday, July 19th, 2012 at residence, He was born in Berlin, Germany on April 18, 1940, he was the son of the late Arthur and Freda Low. He served in the U.S. Army, enlisting while still living in Germany. He had worked as a machinist in Connecticut, retiring in 2005. He moved to Defiance in 2010. He is survived by two sons: Andrew (Tina) Loew of Defiance, Edward (Tracy) Loew of Phoenix, Az. three grandchildren: Andrew Jr., Jackson and Jessica Loew. Two brothers and a sister survive. Services at Lawson-Roessner Funeral Home at 7:00 P:M on Monday, July 23rd, with Deacon Don Meyer officiating. Visitation is Monday 4-7. Suggested memorials are to the family.
