Lyle Lancaster Lyle Kent Lancaster 81, of Defiance, passed away at home on Saturday August 6, 2016. He was born October 1, 1934 to the late Roy and Juanita (Kevan) Lancaster in Twin Falls, Idaho. On July 21, 1956 he married Clara (Warden) Lancaster, who survives. Lyle will be missed by Clara, his wife of 60 years, sons: Barry (Susan) Lancaster of Caldwell, Idaho, Alan (Lisa) Lancaster of Hicksville, OH. Jon (Susan) Lancaster of Caldwell, Idaho, daughter in law Robin Lancaster of Weston, OH, a sister Laurita (Les) Hume of Caldwell, Idaho, 14 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a son Jerry Lancaster. Lyle had worked for the Swift Co., in Defiance for 9 years. He then worked as a journeyman millwright for G.M. Central Foundry in Defiance from 1972 till he retired in l997. He was One of Jehovah's Witnesses. Memorial services will be 3:00 p.m. Saturday August 20, 2016 at the Kingdom Hall 24864 Watson Rd.
