Louis Thomas, Sr., 60, of Defiance, passed away on Friday, March 18, 2016 at Mercy Defiance Hospital. He was born on January 16, 1956 to Sumpter and Lizzie (Dash) Thomas in Trenton, New Jersey. Louis served our country in the U.S. Army. On April 7, 2000  he married Sharon (Brown) Thomas, who resides in Defiance. Louis is survived by his spouse of 16 years, Sharon Thomas of Defiance, children, Louis Thomas, Jr. and Doneta Thomas,  both of New Jersey, Louis Thomas, Jr. and Drevon Thomas, both of Defiance, siblings Treller Thomas, Geneva Thomas, Esther Thomas, and David Thomas, all of New Jersey.
