Lorna M. Myers, age 80, of Defiance, passed away peacefully on Friday, October 5, 2018 at CHP Defiance Area Inpatient Hospice Center. She was born on May 10, 1938 to Red and Freda Myers in Saranac, Michigan. Lorna enjoyed volunteering at the Community Hospital in Montpelier, Ohio. She loved spending time with her children and grandchildren. Lorna will be sadly missed by her daughters, Deborah Imm of Defiance, and Marian Brown of Michigan, son, Thomas Brown of Mosheim, TN, two grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, James Alan Brown, one brother, and three sisters. There will be no visitation or services at this time. Schaffer Funeral Home assisted the family with arrangements. Memorials are suggested to CHP Defiance Area Inpatient Hospice Center.
