Logan D. Moss, 34, of Mark Center, Ohio, passed away unexpectedly on Monday evening, August 31, 2026 at Ohio Health Van Wert Hospital.

He was born in Defiance, Ohio on October 19, 1991 to Dan and Lynn (Bachellor) Moss, and was a graduate of Fairview High School.

Logan is survived by his mother, Lynn Moss, father, Dan Moss, his son, Blaze Moss, sister, Amber Moss, and brother, Tony (Sara) Moss. He also leaves behind nieces and nephews; Abby, Kaleb, Mason, Gracelyn, Milo and Sully, and many aunts, uncles and cousins.

Logan will be sadly missed. Although he did not find his peace in this world, he has it now. Forever in our hearts and forever loved.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 9, 2026 from 2-8 pm at Schaffer Funeral Home in Defiance. A funeral service will be at 11:00 am on Thursday, September 10th at the funeral home, with Fr. Kevin McGraw officiating. Logan will be laid to rest in Riverside Cemetery.

Memorials are suggested to the family to assist with expenses.
