Lisa C. Rau, age 59 of Defiance, passed away on Wednesday, March 22, 2023 at Mercy Defiance Hospital. She was born on July 17, 1963 to Albert "Butch" Rau Jr. and Penelope Yoh at Otis Air Force Base in Cape Cod, Massachusetts. Lisa worked as a cook for several local restaurants. She was a loving and caring daughter, mother and grandmother, and will be sadly missed by her family and friends. Lisa is survived by her mother, Penelope Yoh of Defiance, her son David King Jr. of St. Petersburg, FL, grandchildren Dakota Rau and Olivia Rau, her aunt Vivian Beebe of Defiance, her uncle Greggory Lee Yoh of Atlanta, GA, and her brothers, Steven Rau of Dayton, OH and Jeffery Rau of St. Petersburg, FL. She was preceded in death by her father, Albert "Butch" Rau Jr., and her son, Craig Rau. There will be no services at this time.
