Lisa  Krugh, 43, of Defiance, passed away on  Saturday, January 26, 2013 at St. Vincent Mercy Medical Center, Toledo, OH.

She was born on April 21, 1969 to James and Vickie (Moss) Armstrong in Defiance, OH.  Lisa worked as a waitress at various places including the Pancake House.  She had also worked at Tomco Plastics in Bryan, OH.

Lisa is survived by her parents, fiance, Gary Kehle, daughters, Megan Nicole Krugh of Paulding, Jenna Deanne Krugh of Findlay, OH, granddaughter, Jayda, sister, Amy Armstrong of Bremerton, WA, half-brothers, Josh Armstrong of Florida, Oh, & Jamie Armstrong of Parma, OH.

She was preceded in death by her 1st husband, James Alan Krugh Sr., and son, James "Jay" Alan Krugh Jr.

A memorial service for family and friends will be at the former Skylark Youth Center (the Compass) 320 Jackson, Defiance, in the Victorian Room at 7 pm on Jan. 29th, 2013.
