Linda L. Miller, 76, of Defiance, peacefully passed away on Saturday, February 11, 2017 at CHP Defiance Area Inpatient Hospice Center.

She was born on January 4, 1941 to Russell and Blanche (VanScoder) Bussing in Defiance. On September 5, 1959 she married Larry Miller, who preceded her in death on April 28, 2007. She loved spending time with her family.

Linda will be missed by her daughters Crys (Randy) Cotterman of Paulding, and Barb (Mark) Meier of Defiance, grandchildren; Jen (Tom) Murphy of Holland, Ohio, Cyndi (Michael) Plumb of Valrico, Florida, Cam Teegarden of Hicksville, Mandy (DJ) Butler of Toledo, 7 great-grandchildren; Madelyn and Mikey Plumb, Cole and Brynne Murphy, Sterling Teegarden, and Devin and Mya Butler, and brother, James (Onita) Bussing of Defiance.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Larry Miller, brothers, William Bussing, Roger Bussing, and John Bussing.

Visitation will be held from 2:00 to 8:00 pm on Wednesday, February 15, 2017 at Schaffer Funeral Home in Defiance. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, February 16, 2017 at 11:00 am at Schaffer Funeral  Home, with Pastor Karen Stetins officiating. Burial will follow at Riverview Memory Gardens.
