Lester A. Wagner, age 68 of Defiance, passed away on Tuesday morning, May 2, 2019  at his son's residence in Defiance. He was born on March 19, 1951 to the late Julius and Lea (Wolff) Wagner in Defiance, Ohio. Lester worked at Campbell Soup Company in Napoleon for several years until his retirement.  In his leisure time he enjoyed fishing, and spending time with his family. He will be sadly missed by his two sons, Matthew Wagner of Defiance, and Michael Wagner of Ayersville, two daughters, Amanda Beutler of Tiffin, OH, and Melanie Wagner of Bryan, 18 grandchildren, and brothers Robert and Richard Wagner. He was preceded in death by his parents, and a sister, Donna Sweinhagen.
