Laura M. Buchholz Laura M. Buchholz, 59, of Defiance, died Wednesday, July 18th, 2018 in a car accident in Williams County, Ohio. She was born in Defiance, Ohio on December 29, 1958. In 2002 she married Anthony 'Tony' 'Bookie' W. Buchholz, who died September 16, 2016. Laura had worked as school bus driver for Defiance and Napoleon Schools. She had also worked at the Defiance Eagles. She was a member of the Defiance Eagles. She enjoyed motorcycle riding, boating and time outdoors. She loved dogs especially her dachshunds. She loved her time with her grandchildren. Survivors are a daughter Katelyne Wilson of Defiance, mother and father Mary and Russell Seifert of Washington, Utah. father Herb Mittelman of Oceanview, Delaware. sisters: Cheryl Gover of Maryland, Pam Hamrick of Maryland, Rebecca Frady of Oklahoma, Barbara Anderson of Oklahoma, brother: Alan VanPelt of Pennsylvania. grandchildren: Aubree and Bradley Wilson, and nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband Tony and a brother Matt VanPelt. Visitation is Monday 2-8 p.m. at Lawson-Roessner Funeral Home 1753 S. Clinton St. Defiance.
