Some of his favorite hobbies included golf, fishing, playing cards and hunting. In his younger years, he also enjoyed square dancing and bowling. He had a love for Defiance and collected Defiance Memorabilia. He also loved to go to auctions and enjoyed collecting baseball cards. Larry spent years on family genealogy, compiling detailed family history for several generations. Larry loved going on vacation with his family to Mexico, Hilton Head, Disney World and Fripp Island. Some of his favorite times were spending summers at the family lake cottage and fishing with his dad, sons and grandkids. In his 83 years, Larry's most cherished times were spent with his family and friends. He was truly a family man. He is gone but not forgotten. Never shall his memory fade.
