Kevin Lloyd Davis, age 61 of Defiance, passed away on Wednesday, May 31, 2023 at ProMedica Defiance Regional Hospital. He was born on November 7, 1961 to the late Gale and Lottie (Hanefeld) Davis in Lima, Ohio. Kevin earned his Associate's degree and enjoyed his job as a CNC Machinist. He enjoyed working on computers, fishing, boating and hunting. Kevin loved spending time with his family. Kevin  is survived by his children; Tona (Chad) Brickner of Fostoria, OH, Taylor Davis of Bryan, OH, Lance Davis of Defiance, his grandchildren, Bailee and Eleigh Davis with one on the way, his brother, Gale Davis Jr. of Defiance, and his stepbrother, Michael (Angela) Carder of North Borough, MS. He was preceded in death by his parents, his stepfather, Paul Carder, and his brother Kelvin Davis.

A memorial service for Kevin will be held on Saturday, June 10, 2023 from 3:00-6:00 P.M. at the AM Vets Post #1991, 1795 Spruce Street, Defiance. Schaffer Funeral Home was honored to assist the family with arrangements. Memorials are suggested to the family, c/o Taylor Davis.
