Kennedy Nicole Stanley, of Defiance, passed away on  Friday, June 21, 2013 at Promedica Defiance Regional Hospital.

She was silently born on June 21, 2013 to Chad Cereghin and Stephanie Stanley in Defiance.

Kennedy is survived by her father, Chad M Cereghin of Defiance, mother, Stephanie D Stanley of Defiance, brothers, Draydin Armstrong of Defiance,  Tayvin Fredericks of Defiance, maternal grandparents, John (Pamela) Stanley of Defiance, paternal grandparents, DeeDee Riley of Defiance, James L (Vivian) Cereghin, Paternal great grandparents, Charles (Carolyn) Schudel of Coldwater, MI, Rick (Vickie) Kiessling of Defiance, James Cereghin of Defiance, Maternal great grandparents, Phil (Lois) Richardson of Catlin, IL, great great grandmother, Marge Steel of Defiance, uncles, Donald (Jenny) Hinkle of Defiance, Jason (Emily) Hinkle of Scranton, PA, Kyle Kidwell of Defiance, Westley Cereghin, Travis Riley of Defiance, very special aunt, Kayla Kidwell, and aunt, Amber (Keith) Schlosser.

She is preceded in death by her maternal great grandparents, Harley (Gladys) Stanley.

She will be sadly missed.

Private visitation and services will be held  at Schaffer Funeral Home, Defiance.
