Keith D. Rose, 75, of Napoleon, peacefully passed away on Friday, April 5, 2024 at CHP Defiance Area Inpatient Hospice Center after an extended illness. He was born on June 8, 1948 to Paul and Freda (Hale) Rose in Richmond, Indiana. His family moved to Kentucky when Keith was just a baby. On April 16, 1969 he married Judith Long, who survives. Keith proudly served our country in the U.S. Army from 1968 to 1970. Keith worked for over 49 years at Campbell Soup Company in Napoleon, OH until his retirement. He loved spending time with his family and friends. Keith will be greatly missed by his loving wife of 54 years, Judy Rose of Napoleon, his mother Freda Rose of Richmond, KY, daughter, Sheri Rose of Napoleon, OH, son, Brian (Stacy) Rose of Defiance, granddaughters, Emily (Drew) Kristan, Madalyn Rose, and Katie Rose, great-grandson, Miles Brian Kristan, two brothers, Larry (Ann) Rose and Randy (Maxine) Rose, and many nieces, nephews and cousins. He was preceded in death by his father, Paul Rose, who passed away in 2011. All services for Keith will be private at Schaffer Funeral Home in Defiance.
