Kathy Ann Bradford, 68, lifelong resident of Oakwood, passed away on Friday, December 8, 2017 at CHP Defiance Area Inpatient Hospice Center.

She was born in Paragould, AR, on October 18, 1949, the daughter of Alva and Alice (Richardson) Yancey.  On May 17, 1969 she married Rollin A. Bradford who survives in Oakwood.  She was employed at the Promedica Defiance Regional Hospital in Housekeeping and later in patient care after 37 years.  She was an avid reader, patriot, loved to travel and was devoted to her friends and family.  She touched the hearts of all that knew her and will be greatly missed.

She is survived by her sisters, Vicki Richards of Monroe, MI, Kim Yancey of Oakwood, OH, brother Michael (Kathy Lewis) Yancey of Bluffton, IN, and several nieces and nephews.  She was preceded in death by her parents.

Memorial services will be held on Thursday, December 14, 2017 at the Faith Baptist Church on St.Rt. 111 Defiance, Ohio at 2:00 pm with Rev. Mick Sobieck officiating.  Friends may call from 1-2 on Thursday at the Church.  Memorial contributions are to the American Cancer Society, or to CHP Defiance Area Hospice Center.
