KATHLEEN E LAWS, 68, of Defiance, passed away on  Friday, December 7, 2012 at the CHP Defiance Area In-Patient Hospice Center.

She was born on May 23, 1944 to Harold and Edria (Morrow) Helf in Defiance, OH.  She married Ronald E Laws in 1967 and he preceded her in 2005.  Surviving her are her sons, Jeff Laws, of Bryan,  Ronald Laws II, of Chicago, IL, daughters, Cindy (Ned) Hancock of Defiance, and Dawn Smith of Bryan, grandchildren, Amber Armstrong, Desirae (Daniel) Pedroza, Ryan Laws, Jacob Hancock, Kurstin Smith , Nathan Laws, 7 great grandchildren and a sister, Marlene Swary of Defiance.

Preceding her in death are her parents, husband, Ronald E Laws, brother, Ronald Helf, sisters, Bonnie Shirk, Patricia Truman & Caroline Hammon.

Graveside services will be held on Monday, December 10, 2012 at 12 :00pm at the Evansport Cemetery with Pastor Kyle Brownlee officiating.

There will be a luncheon in Evansport following the service.

Memorials are suggested to the family.
