Karen Marie Feeney, 57, of Defiance, passed away on  March 21, 2014 at the St. Vincent Mercy Medical Center, Toledo, Ohio, with her family at her side.

She was born on September 4, 1956 to Wayne and Ivah  (Woodring) Lothamer in Paulding, OH. She attended Paulding High School and was part of the 1974 Graduating Class. Karen worked as a Secretary for Clemens-Kohrn-Liming-Warncke Attorneys in Defiance.

Karen was a member of the Defiance Eagles, Moose, VFW, & AmVets.

Karen is survived by her husband Ned Feeney of Defiance, OH, mother, Ivah (Woodring) Lothamer of Paulding, OH, daughters, Jenni (Jason) Hoffman & Lisa Wright of Defiance, OH, son, Brent Feeney of Defiance, OH, grandchildren, Alexis, Max, Jacob, & Henry, & a sister, Sherry Gorrell of Paulding, OH.

She was preceded in death by father, Wayne Lothamer, & brother, Terry Lothamer.

Visitation will be held from 2:00 pm - 8:00 pm on Monday,  March 24, 2014 at Schaffer Funeral Home, Inc., Defiance, Ohio.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, March 25, 2014, 11:00 am at the Schaffer Funeral  Home, Defiance, Ohio, with Pastor Timothy G Reynolds, officiating.

Burial will take place in the Riverside Cemetery.
