Justine F. Karnes Justine F. Weible Karnes, 77, of Defiance, passed away Saturday, September 22nd, 2012 at ProMedica Defiance Regional Hospital. She was born in Broughton, Ohio on March 28, 1935, she was the daughter of the late Justus and Alice (Freeland) Weible. She was a member of the Defiance AM VETS, Moose, Eagles and VFW auxiliaries. Justine loved her dogs: Jack and Buckeye, and her three cats. She never knew a stranger. She was loved by many and all. She will be greatly missed by her four children and all who knew this wonderful woman. She is survived by daughters: Brenda (Tim) Womble of Phoenix, Az., Theresa Lang of Phoenix, Az., Donna Kalb of Florida. son: Jerry Lang of Defiance. Her identical twin sister: Colleen Roberts of Globe, Az., sisters: Kathleen Burton of West Liberty, Ky., Lorine (Juan Esquivel) Ross of Broughton, Oh. brother: Larry (Louise) Weible of Defiance. She is also survived by 2 grandchildren: Jeremy (Amber) Shepherd of Bryan, Jamie Shepherd of Phoenix and 5 great grandchildren. Preceded in death by her parents, husband Robert Karnes, brother: Jerry Weible, sons: John Lang, Paul (Butch) Lang and Randy Lang, step daughter Tammy Kalb. Service at Lawson-Roessner Funeral Home, Defiance, at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 26th. Friends are invited to call Tuesday 2-8 and Wednesday 12-1 at Lawson-Roessner Funeral Home.
