JUNE GARLAND

June A. Garland, 82, of Defiance, passed away Saturday, September 22, 2012.  She was born June 13, 1930 in Toledo to Lloyd and Gladys (Lang) Smith.
On May 28, 1950 she married Carl Garland.  She was a graduate of Whitney Vocational School, Toledo.  She was employed by Defiance City Schools at Defiance High School for 21 years.
She is survived by her husband, Carl Garland, Defiance, a son Robert (Connie Dobbelaere), West Chester, OH, a daughter Kathy, Defiance, a son Ronald (Lori Ziegler), Mason, OH, and five grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister Edith Smith.

Funeral services will be conducted by Dr. Michael Donnally at 11:00am, Tuesday, September 25, at St. Paul's United Methodist Church, Defiance, OH, with calling one hour prior.
Burial will be in Riverview Memory Garden.
Visitation will be from 2-4pm and 6-8pm, Monday, September 24, at Hanenkrath, Clevenger, Schaffer Funeral Home, Defiance.
Donations may be made to St. Paul's United Methodist Church.
