Julia A. Murphy Julia A. Murphy, 63, of Defiance, Ohio, passed away at Sunday, June 9th, 2019 at Twin Rivers Care & Rehabiltation Center. She was born in Defiance, Ohio on December 1, 1955, she was the daughter of the late William J. and Phyllis (Zenz) Murphy. She was a 1974 graduate of Defiance High School. Julia had worked at Defiance Hospital, Twin Rivers and Chief. She had attended Zion Lutheran Church. She was a member of the Defiance Eagles. Surviving are a sister Kelly Murphy of San Antonio, Texas, and a nephew Jason A. Campa. She was preceded in death by her parents. There will be no visitation or public service.
