Joyce Anne Ingle, 77 , of Sherwood, passed away on Sunday, January 22, 2017 at St. Luke's Hospital in Maumee, Ohio.

She was born on January 30, 1939 to Marvin Cook and Grace (Robison) Warner in Williamsport, Ohio. Joyce attended Family Christian Center in Defiance. She worked as a Nurse's Aide, and also as a Security Guard with Pinkerton Security. Her hobbies included sailing, motorcycles, collecting, and poodles. Joyce truly loved life and her family.

Joyce will be greatly missed by her sons, James L. Ingle, Jr. of Holgate, and Jeffery A. Ingle of Stryker, her five grandchildren;, James L. Ingle, III, Shane Michael James Ingle, Andrea R. Murphy, Sgt. Brent Ryan Ingle, and Angelique R. Bailey, 7 great-grandchildren, sisters, Carol Sue (Suzi) Bivens, Karen Beckman, and Barbara Moore, brother, Carl E. Warner, and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Grace Warner and Marvin Cook, and brother, Allan Lee Cook.

Visitation will be held from 12:00 noon until the funeral service at 2:00 pm on Wednesday, January 25, 2017 at Schaffer Funeral Home in Defiance, with Pastor Andrew Tracy officiating.
