John T. Fox John T. Fox, 69, of Defiance, passed away Thursday, March 2nd, 2017 at Twin Rivers Care & Rehabilitation Center. He was born in Defiance, Ohio on May 30, 1947, he was the son of the late Paul G. and Helene E, (Mekus) Fox. John had lived in assisted living centers including VanCrest of Antwerp the last 20 years. He will be missed by his sisters: Mary Kay (Gene) Rugh of New Philadelphia, OH, Jane Lackey of Medina, OH brothers: Bill Fox of Defiance, Tony Fox of Defiance and nieces and nephews. Services for the family will be at a later date. Burial will be in St. Michael's Cemetery. Suggested memorials are to the Donor's Choice.
