John D. Flores, 67, of Defiance, passed away on Wednesday, March 6, 2024 at The Laurels of Defiance. He was born on August 13, 1956 to Alberto and Isabel (Cantu) Flores in Defiance. He was a graduate of Defiance High School Class of 1975 and worked for Johns Manville. John enjoyed golf and playing in pool leagues. John is survived by his children; Brian (Deborah) Flores, Justin Flores and Brieann (Easton) Lewis all of  Defiance.  He also leaves behind his eight grandchildren and siblings, Linda Davila, Albert Flores, Roselie Flores all of Defiance and Fred Flores of Berkey, Ohio. He was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Sylvia Chaney; and brothers-in-law, Rick Davila and Mike Chaney.

There will be a Celebration of Life at a later date. Schaffer Funeral Home was honored to assist the family with arrangements. Memorials are suggested to a charity of the donor's choice.
