JoAnn M. Huber JoAnn M. Huber, age 80, of Napoleon, , passed away at 8:02 A:M , Wednesday, December 10th, 2008 at Defiance Inpatient Hospice Center. Born in Defiance, on January 20, 1928, she was the daughter of the late Albert M. and Agnes J. (Kroeckel) Burns She was a member of St. John Catholic Church in Defiance for many years. She married Ronald W. Huber in 1973 and he survives in Holgate. She married Glen Camp in 1953 who preceded her in death. She graduated from the Wayne University of Beauty Culture in 1947 and graduated from the Chicago School of Nursing in 1951. She was the owner and operator of JoAnn's Beauty Salon for 16 years in Defiance.She practiced nursing at the Defiance County Home, Defiance Hospital, Mount Carmal Hospital in Columbus, Filling Home of Mercy and Lutheran Home in Napoleon. She worked at various nursing homes until retiring in 1987. Surviving are 2 Daughters: Corinne (Eric) Crosier of St. George , Kansas, Cheryl (Robert) Dietrich of Napoleon, Oh. 2 Sons: Steven (Kimberly) Camp of Napoleon, Richard (Melinda) Camp of Napoleon, a Step Son: Danny Huber of California a Sister: Barbara (Dr. Ralph) Lach of Columbus, Oh. 3 Brothers: Patrick Burns of Columbus, Michael Burns of Toledo, Timothy Burns of New Orleans, La. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, and 2 great grandchildren. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at at St. John Catholic Church, Defiance, Oh. at 10:0 A:M on Saturday, December 13th, with Father Todd Dominique officiating. Friends are invited to call Friday 5-8 at Lawson-Roessner Funeral Home. Burial will be in St. John United Church of Christ Cemetery, Holgate, Oh Suggested donations are to Hospice -The Caring Way of Defiance or the Donor's Choice. .
