Joan G. (Mohr) Ullinskey, age 87 of Defiance, passed away on Sunday, February 20, 2022 at her home in Defiance, Ohio. She was born in Defiance, Ohio on February 24, 1934 to the late Gay (Courtney) and Bernard Mohr Sr. On September 7, 1975 she married Paul Ullinskey, who survives. Joan was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church. She worked at Karl's Restaurant, Fulton Tubing, All Star Products, and SK Wayne Tools until her retirement. She enjoyed going to Bingo, playing cards, and spending time with her family. Joan is survived by her loving husband of 46 years, Paul Ullinskey of Defiance, her son, Frank (Linda) Lloyd, her daughter, Debra (Jack) Starr, all of Defiance, 8 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, 2 great-great-grandchildren, and her sister, Patricia Pack of Paulding. She was preceded in death by her parents, her stepfather, Ray Nixon, her daughter, Becky (Lloyd) Emerling, her brothers, Frank, Bernard, and Dick Mohr, her twin sister, Joyce Sanders, and sister, Vidy Relue. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Wednesday, February 23, 2022 at 10:30 am at St. Mary Catholic Church in Defiance, with Fr. Randy Giesige officiating.
