Jennifer D. Geiger, 43, of Phoenix, Arizona, formerly of Defiance, passed away on  Thursday, September 29, 2016 in Arizona.

She was born on September 13, 1973 to Robert and Mary (Rittenour) Main at Dayton, Ohio, and was adopted by the late James Geiger.

She was a former member of St. Paul Lutheran Church in Defiance. Jennifer was formerly a licensed Massage Therapist.

Jennifer is survived by her mother, Mary Geiger of Defiance, Special Friend, Shaun Polk, half brother, Matthew Geiger of Defiance, half sisters, Jaclon Ordway of Defiance, and Geri Romaine of North Carolina, and niece, Michaela Geiger of Defiance.

She was preceded in death by her adopted father, James Geiger, and grandparents, Herman and Lois Rittenour, Donald and Lois Geiger, and Samuel and Wanda Main.

Visitation will be held from 10:00 to 11:00 am on Friday, October 28, 2016 at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Defiance. A Celebration of Life will follow at 11:00 am on Friday, October 28, 2016 at  St. Paul Lutheran Church, with Rev. David Brobston, officiating. The family requests all in attendance wear purple.
