Jeffery S. Chapman, age 63 of Defiance, Ohio, passed away September 15, 2021 at home surrounded by his family.

Jeffery was born September 15, 1958 to James and Lois Chapman. In July 2001 he married his soul mate Dawn Memmer Chapman. Jeffery enjoyed working along side his cousin John Jacques, being a mechanic to appliance repair man. Jeffery loved and enjoyed raising his pride and joy Aubre Wolford-Garcia. Jeffery had 9 children; Christen Chapman , Christopher Butler, Cody Butler, Tim (Chelsea) Chapman, Chelsea (Jack Eddington) Butler, Eric (Mikyla) Garcia, Irma Chapman, Victoria (Mathew Roehrig) Garcia, and Amanda (Gage Wolfrum) Garcia. Jeffery had 27 grandchildren, 1 great-grandchild, brother Milo Chapman and sister Jody Chapman.

Proceeding in death are his parents, brother Jim, sister Karry, and twin sisters.

Per Jeffery's request, there will be no funeral service. A Celebration of  Life Service will be held at a later date.
