Jefferey W.L.S. Barta, 28, of Defiance, passed away on Tuesday, December 16, 2014 at Mercy Hospital of Defiance.
He was born on January 8, 1986 to Amalia Barta in Defiance, Ohio. He worked at Werlor's and Little Ceasar's in Defiance.
Jefferey was a die hard Philadelphia Eagles fan, and also a New York Yankees fan. He enjoyed his time spent with his daughter and his friends.
Jefferey is survived by his mother, Amalia Barta, daughter, Brooklynn Barta, and brother, Joseph Barta, all of Defiance. He was preceded in death by sister, Jyssica Barta.
Visitation and services will be private. Burial will take place at Riverside Cemetery, Defiance.
The family requests memorials be directed the family's choice.
