James T. McMinis, Jr., 59, of Defiance, passed away on August 10, 2014 at his residence.
He was born on July 5, 1955 to James and Nancy (Pearson) McMinis in Front Royal, VA.
James was a construction manager for the Overseas Bureau of Operations.
He was a member of the Elks and Moose of Front Royal, VA. James was an outdoorsman enjoying hunting, fishing and golf..
He is survived by his mother, Nancy of Fredricksburg, VA and a sister, Susan (William) Glascock of Front Royal, VA.
He was preceded in death by his father.
There will be no visitation or services.
