James A. "Bud" Hahn, II, 45, of Mansfield, passed away on  September 18, 2014 at his residence.

He was born on March 17, 1969 to James and Carlotta (Dimock) Hahn in Paulding.

Bud served in the U.S. Navy during Operation Desert Storm, Operation Desert Shield, and Operation Iraqi Freedom and was a life member of VFW Post #3360 of Defiance.  He loved fishing and hunting.

He is survived by his daughter, Jessica Hahn of San Diego, CA, parents of Cecil, brother, Jeff (Jen) Hahn of Oakwood, nieces, Jayda (Jeremy) Hudson of Celina, Jayme Hahn of Ottawa, and a nephew, Jake Hahn of Ottawa.

Visitation will be held from 2-8 p.m. Monday, September 22, 2014, at Schaffer Funeral Home, Defiance.  Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m.on Tuesday, September 23, 2014, at the funeral home with Rev. Eric Peltz officiating.  Burial will be private at Riverview Memory Gardens.
