Jacquelyn Louise "Jackie" Beverly, 80, of Ney, passed away on  Thursday, January 25, 2018 at St. Vincent Mercy Medical Center in Toledo, OH. She was born on February 5, 1937 to Earl and Muriel (Karnes) Bodenbender in Defiance.  Jackie was a homemaker and a loving mom and grandma.

Jackie is survived by daughter, Susan Preuss of Ney, son, David Beverly of Bryan, grandson, Steven Smith of  Norton, VA, granddaughter, Mary Preuss of Lancaster, SC and her K-9 companion Molly. She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers, and four sisters. Visitation will be held Tuesday, January 30, 2018, 9:00 am - 11:00 am at Schaffer Funeral Home, Defiance; followed by a Graveside Service at 11:00 am at Riverside Cemetery with Celebrant Deb Miller officiating.
