Jack Scott Clemens, 68, of Defiance, peacefully passed away Friday, August 4, at the Defiance Area Inpatient Hospice Center. He was born March 6, 1949 to William W. and Jean E. (Cameron) Clemens of Toledo. He graduated from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio with a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry and Education. His work career included research chemist, real estate appraiser, owner/operator of an auto parts and service business, and Regional Account Executive for BP Products N.A., Inc. He enjoyed spending time with his extended family in Defiance and playing golf. He was preceded in death by his parents and sister Katherine (Charles) Delker. He will be missed by his brother William (Barbara), daughter Jennifer, son William (Nita), grandchildren Phillip, Gemma and Cullen, and his extended family Jay and Jennifer Brown and their sons Phillip, Cameron and Kaiden. According to Jack's wishes, there will be no services or visitation.
