Hubert Lee Buell Hubert Lee Buell, 67, of Paulding, Ohio, went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, December 26th, 2018 at Toledo Hospital. He was born in Pineville, Ky. on March 31, 1951, he was the son of the late Joe and Della (Carroll) Buell. He was a member of Pleasant View Missionary Baptist Church. Hubie was the husband of Maxine (Blair) Buell who survives. He had worked in the core room at G.M. Central Foundry and retired after 25 years. He enjoyed card games, get togethers and being with friends. He loved his grandchildren and life. Hubie will be missed by his beloved wife Maxine, loving daughter: Rita Jo Landers of Oakwood, Sisters: Christine Smith of Defiance, Vandetta (Ray) Smith of Defiance, Genetta Ross of Defiance, brothers: Murphy (Betty) Buell of Middlesboro, KY, Alden (Star) Buell of Defiance, Joie Denver (Patricia) Buell of Defiance, Kenneth Ray (Nancy) Buell of Sherwood. He is also survived by 2 grandchildren: Karlie and Gannon and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by brothers: Edward, Russell and Jack Buell, sisters: Genella smith and Ann Neal. Services at the Lawson-Roessner Funeral Home at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, December 31st, with Rev. Denny Hunter officiating. Visitation is Sunday 2-8 p.m. and an hour before services Monday at the Lawson-Roessner Funeral Home. Burial will be in Sherman Cemetery, Brown Township. Suggested memorials are to the donor's choice.
