Herb K. Rennecker Herbert K. Rennecker, 75, of Defiance, Oh passed away Saturday, January 12th, 2013 at his home. He was born in Ft. Wayne, Indiana on May 25, 1937, he was the son of the late Edgar and Alberta (Shears) Rennecker. Herb was the husband of Louise (Gaff) Rennecker who survives. They were married September 26, 1959 He worked as a computer technician at UNISYS Corp. and retired in 2000. Herb loved the Detroit Tigers, the Purdue Boilermakers, golf and sunshine. Herb had served in the U.S. Navy and was a member of the Defiance Elks Lodge # 147 and AMVETS Post 1991. He will be sadly missed by his wife Louise, daughter: Marcie (Don) Emahiser of Goshen, Ind. son: Matt Rennecker of Defiance, brothers: Ralph Rennecker of Ft Wayne, Donald Rennecker of Pahrump, Nevada, Robert Rennecker of Indiana He is also survived by 2 grandchildren: Lexi Emahiser and Ethan Emahiser of Goshen, IN. There will be no visitation or public services according to Herb's wishes. In lieu of flowers, suggested memorials are to the CHP Defiance Area Inpatient Hospice Center 625 St. Rt. 66 N.
