Helen Webber, age 70 of Defiance, passed away on Monday, March 21, 2022 at St. Vincent Mercy Medical Center in Toledo, Ohio. She was born on December 15, 1951 to Roy and Mary (Throop) Trowbridge in Defiance, Ohio. On August 11, 1984 she married Patrick Webber, who preceded her in death on July 13, 2015. Helen came from a family of three brothers and three sisters. She worked for several years as a Custodian for Defiance County Courthouse. She enjoyed cooking and loved spending time with her children, grandchildren, and her dog. Helen is survived by her daughter, Barbara Webber of Archbold, OH, her grandchildren; Mitchell, Mathew and Elizabeth Box and Brooklyn, and three great-grandchildren; Christina and Caleb Box, and Noah Cantu. She was preceded in death by her parents, and her husband, Patrick E. Webber. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, April 13, 2022 from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm at Schaffer Funeral Home in Defiance.
