Graham Michael Hughes, 22 Days old, of Napoleon, passed away surrounded by his loving family, on  Thursday, July 26, 2018 at the University of Michigan Children's Hospital Mott Center, Ann Arbor, MI. He was born on July 5, 2018 to Jeremy and Kristan (Clady) Hughes in Toledo , OH. Graham was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church. He was loved by many and will be deeply missed by his parents, Jeremy L. (Kristan A.) Hughes of Napoleon, OH, a brother, Brody Hughes, grandparents, Jay (Stacy) Hughes of Defiance, OH, Brenda Clady of Defiance, OH, and Rick (Jill) Clady of Napoleon, OH, Great-grandparents, Dorothy  Hughes of Ribolt, KY,  Nancy Porter of Defiance, OH, and Pete (Bonnie) Karzynow of Defiance, OH, as well as many aunts, uncles, and cousins. Graham was preceded in death by Great-grandparents, Arthur (Pamela) Helf, Orin Hughes, Opal Greiner, Eugene Porter, and Ken Clady. Visitation will be held Tuesday, July 31, 2018, 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm at Schaffer Funeral Home, Inc., Defiance, Ohio. Burial will take place in the Forest Hill Cemetery, Napoleon OH.

Jeremy and Kristan would like to extend a heartfelt THANK YOU to all the family, friends, doctors, nurses, and other staff of  University of Michigan Children's Hospital Mott Center for the love, prayers, and care given to Graham.
