Gordon L. Fiske, 95, of Defiance, passed away on  Monday evening, October 15, 2018 at The Laurels of Defiance. He was born on January 19, 1923 to Ivan and Florence (Lyman) Fiske in Bradford, PA. Gordon proudly served our country in the U.S. Navy during WII. He was married to Anita (Busch) Fiske, who preceded him in death in 2013.

Gordon will be sadly missed by his son, Doug (Sharon) Fiske of Defiance, four grandchildren; Barbara Fiske, Daniel (Tamara) Fiske, Jackie (Ryan) Wolfe, and  Bradley Fiske, two great-grandsons; Bennett Fiske and Connor Wolfe, and daughter-in-law, Annmarie Fiske of Pittsburgh, PA. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Anita Fiske, son, Jeffrey Fiske, one brother and one sister. Per Gordon's request, his body was donated to science.
