Glenn D. Harp Glenn DeWayne Harp, 67, of Defiance, OH, died at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, January 21st, 2016 at Flower Hospital, Sylvania, OH after a long illness. He was born in Paulding, Ohio on January 16, 1949, he was the son of the late Charles Lewis and Doris Jeanette (Hearring) Harp. He was a 1969 graduate of Tinora High School. Glenn had worked at Johns-Manville during the 70's, moved to Florida for 5-6 years where he installed garage doors for a living. From there he moved to Oregon for about 10 years and came back to Ohio in 1986. He worked for Goliath Tree Service until he became too ill to continue working. Surviving are a daughter: Tracy (Tony) Plott of Deshler, OH sisters: Bonnie Murch of Defiance, Patti Harp of Defiance Five grandchildren: Sam, Adrienne, Gavin, Gabriel and Porsha. He was preceded in death by his parents. There will be no visitation or viewing. A small graveside memorial service will be held for family and friends.
