Georgia "Sally" O. Bohn, 85, of Defiance, passed away on Sunday, February 15, 2015 at CHP Defiance Inpatient Hospice Center of Defiance, Ohio.

She was born on April 20, 1929 to Oliver and Mary (Smith) Smith in Delphos, Ohio. In 1951 she married Alfred "Fred" Bohn, who proceeded her in death in 1995.

She was a member of St. John Catholic Church in Defiance. Sally and her husband owned "The Barrel" in Defiance, and she also worked at the Kroger Deli and Celebrations in Defiance. She enjoyed the outdoors and spending time with her family.

Sally is survived by her daughters, Donna (Toby) Sadelson of Defiance, Rebecca (Randy) Sauber of Defiance, Grandchildren, Heather and Phil Henry, Slade and Seth Sauber, and Nicole Jimenez, 5 Great-grandchildren, sisters, Shirley Perrin of Ft. Wayne, Indiana. Nancy Rayle of Garrett, Indiana, Mary Sailer of Hicksville, Kathryn Martin of Delphos, Isabelle Kramer of Ft. Jennings, and Virginia Clark of Lima, brothers, Jack Smith of Ossian, Indiana, Oliver Smith of Ada, Ohio, Thomas Smith of Georgia, Don Smith of Lima, Ohio, and Robert "John" Smith of Mendon, Ohio.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Oliver and Mary Smith, husband, Alfred Bohn, sister, Carole King, and brother, Howard "James" Smith.

Visitation will be held from 6:00 to 8:00 pm on Wednesday, February 18, 2015 at Schaffer Funeral Home, Defiance, Ohio. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am on Thursday, February 19, 2015 at St. John Catholic Church, Defiance, with Father Todd Dominique, officiating. Burial will follow at Riverside Cemetery.

The family requests memorials be directed to CHP Defiance Inpatient Hospice Center, or Holy Cross Catholic School.
