Gary Alan Mack, 63, of Cecil, passed away on Sunday, December 17, 2023 at the Paulding County Hospital. He was born on December 24, 1959 to Paul and Betty (Taylor) Mack in Defiance, Ohio.  On September 4, 1984 he married Anita Rigg who survives in Cecil. Gary served in the US Army for twelve years before retiring and kept busy working various jobs. He enjoyed time at the shooting range. Gary spent time outdoors and loved watching the animals.  He was a loving husband, father and grandfather. Gary is survived by his loving spouse Anita; daughter, Melanie (Justin) Reed of Defiance; sons, Timothy Mack of Syracuse, NY, and John (Miranda) Mack of Millersport, Ohio.  He leaves behind his grandchildren that he shared a close relationship with; Mariah Gerken, Mackenzie Reed,  Rylan Mack, Braxton Mack,  Everly Mack, Madison Mack,  Payton Mack.  Gary is also survived by his siblings; Cindy (Tim) Rettig of Defiance, Paul Mack of Cleveland, and  Roger Mack of Thailand. He was preceded in death by his parents. There will be no visitation or services.
