Frank E. Groll, 79, of Bryan,formerly of Evansport,  passed away on  June 28, 2013 at the Ft. Wayne Lutheran Hospital .

He was born on December 4, 1933 to Emil  & Eva (Eberly) Groll.

He was a member of Bard Manufacturing, Bryan,Drove School Bus of Defiance Schools, formerly worked at Swift in Defiance, Drove truck at Haviland, General Electric Telephone Company in Bryan, and enjoyed going to soft ball games..

Frank is survived by his son, Anthony (Stacy) Groll of China Grove, NC, daughter, Cynthia (Todd) Speck of Bryan, OH, grandson, Mykal Groll, granddaughter, Makela Groll, grandson, Nathaniel Groll, granddaughter, Amanda Speck, granddaughter, Faith Speck, great-granddaughter, Emily Speck, brother, Don Groll.

He was preceded in death by father, Emil Groll, Eva Eberly, brother, George Groll, brother, James Groll, brother, Laverne Groll, brother Don Groll,  sister, Kathryn Doty.

Visitation will be held  at Schaffer Funeral Home, Inc., Defiance, Ohio from 2-4  & 6-8 p.m. on Tuesday July 2.

Funeral services will be held on July 3  at the Funeral Home with Rev. Timothy G. Reynolds officiating.

Burial will take place in the Brinkman Cemetery .
