Florence E. Smith, 85, of Paulding, passed away on  July 10, 2019 at the Parkview Hospital in Fort Wayne, IN. She was born on January 7, 1934 to Frank and Erna (Rabe) Gordon at Napoleon, OH. Florence worked as a Laborer for Napco Plastics in Napoleon. On June 19, 1954 she married Raymond Smith Jr.and he preceded her in death on January 15, 1977.

She was a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church, Paulding Ohio.

Florence is survived by a  son, Steven (Julie) Smith, of Mark Center, and, Robert (Dawn) Smith of Ennis, TX, Daughters, Patricia (Ray) Noffsinger, Hamilton AL and Martha (Pat) Fillman, of Defiance, and a  sister, Frances Aderman, Napoleon and many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by Father, Frank F. Gordon, Mother, Erna Gordon, Husband, Raymond H Smith, Jr., sons, David Smith, Timothy Smith, and Thomas Smith, a brothers, Frank Gordon and a sister in infancy Visitation will be held at Schaffer Funeral Home, Defiance, Ohio from 11:00 am until the Funeral Service at 1:00 pm on Saturday, July 13, 2019.
