Evelyn M. Rippee Evelyn M. Rippee, age 77, of Defiance, Oh , passed away at 7:25 P:M , Tuesday, December 16th, 2008 at Defiance Area Inpatient Hospice Center. Born in Milwaukee, Wis.. on November 1, 1931, she was the daughter of the late Gerhard and Annette (Mayerly) Reif She was a member of St. John Catholic Church in Defiance. She married Herbert E. Rippee Aug. 26, 1950 and he died June 13, 2006 Surviving are a Daughter: Cheri (Randy) Schuette of Napoleon, Oh Four Sons: Kevin (Cindy) Rippee of Napoleon, Oh, Terry (Angela) Rippee of The Woodlands, Tx., Jerry (Eve) Rippee of Suffolk, Va., Allan (Robyn) Rippee of Maumee, Oh. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, and 9 great grandchildren. Four brothers and two sisters survive. Preceded in death by her husband and parents. Friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial at at St. John Catholic Church, Defiance, Oh. at 11:00 A:M on Saturday, December 20th, with Father Todd Dominique officiating. Friends are invited to call Friday 2-9 at Lawson-Roessner Funeral Home where there will be a 7:30 P:M Vigil Service. Entombment will be at Riverview Memory Gardens.
