Eileen Price, 87, of Napoleon, formerly of Defiance, passed away on December 18, 2014 at the Fulton Manor in Wauseon, Ohio.
She was born on March 10, 1927 to Merle and Mildred (Rathke) Fausnaugh in Kendallville, Indiana. On February 26, 1945 she married Robert A. Price, who proceeded her in death on March 7, 2008.

Eileen's love for her family and friends was evident to all who knew her. She enjoyed baking cakes, cookies, and butterscotch pies. She loved to sew, and made several wedding and bridesmaid dresses. She was a member of the Defiance Christian Church and women's sewing group, was a church librarian, taught Sunday School, and helped with other church activities.

Eileen is survived by her daughters, Connie (Tom) Bates of Delta, Ohio, Linda Haller of Delaware, Ohio, and Judy (Larry) Kincaid of Genoa, Ohio, sons, Kenneth (Marcia) Price of Elk Rapids, Michigan, and Dennis (Cathy) Price of Napoleon, sister, Barbara Copeland of Portage, Indiana, 16 Grandchildren and 17 Great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Merle and Mildred Fausnaugh, husband, Robert Price, brothers, Jack Fausnaugh and Terry Fausnaugh, sister, Eleanor Roth, granddaughter, Aimee Price, and great-granddaughter, Payton Bates.

Visitation will be held from 12:00 noon to 1:00 pm on Monday, December 22, 2014 at the Defiance Christian Church, Defiance, Ohio. Funeral services will follow at 1:00 pm with Rev. Tom Bates officiating.

Burial will take place at Riverview Memory Gardens.
