Dorothy I. Sprow Dorothy I. Sprow, 90, of Defiance, passed away Wednesday, May 5th, 2010 at the Village of East Harbor in Chesterfield Township, New Baltimore, Mich. She was born in Paulding County, OH on May 8, 1919, she was the daughter of the late Herman and Grace (Ankney) Link. In 1937 she married Robert B. Sprow who died October 28, 2004. Dorothy was a member of St. John Lutheran Church and was previously employed at Defiance City Beverage as a secretary Surviving are a son: Keith (Linda) Sprow of New Baltimore, Mich. a sister: Norma (Richard) Miller of Defiance, a sister in law:Jane Link of Florida. Two grandchildren: Kimberly (Keith) Verellen and Christopher (Lauren) Sprow, Two great grandchildren: Cassandra and Cameron Verellen. Preceded in death by a brother: Donald Link and her husband Robert. Service at St. John Lutheran Church at 10:00 A:M on Monday, May 10th, with Rev. Donald Luhring officiating. Visitation is Sunday 3-8 at Lawson-Roessner Funeral Home and Monday 9-10 at St. John Lutheran Church Burial will be in Sherwood Cemetery.
