Donna J. Frisbie, 73, of Defiance, passed away on Wednesday afternoon, January 15, 2020 at The Laurels of Defiance. She was born on December 8, 1946 to Chester and Helen (Hayfer) Smith in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Donna loved her time at home with her family, and she enjoyed decorating the house for every occasion. She will be sadly missed by her family. Donna is survived by her two daughters, Cathy Harwell of Defiance, and Sheila Vincent of Clearwater, FL, and her son, William Bible of Bryan, OH. She also leaves behind seven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, her daughter, Rhonda Domire, and her bother, Tom Smith. There will be no visitation or services at this time. Schaffer Funeral Home assisted the family with arrangements. Memorials are suggested to The American Cancer Society.
